As Long As I’m Moving…
After dealing with Sundance, illnesses, and busy work holidays, I was finally able to take some time off to visit the kids in late February.
I drove down on Thursday, and I took the kids to dinner shortly after arriving.
The kids then invited me to join them at their evening group building. Tonight’s activity was karaoke… oh, it’s on!
I ended up singing “It’s Hard to be Humble” by Mac Davis, the same song Willie Nelson sung at the end of his show in 2021 [post] [my video].
Oh, while checking out the place, I saw art on the wall (for sale) by a former classmate of mine. Small world.
By the time it ended, it was time for the kids to be home and getting ready for bed. We walked out to it starting to snow in St. George. After dropping them off at their home, I headed out and made my way in snow while driving though the gorge.
